Kontakt-Guru is the best and easiest tool for creating a huge network of contacts so you can achieve all your goals in network marketing. Because each of us knows an incredible number of people and, when you follow those famous six degrees of separation, you'll certainly have all the contacts you need to achieve the top position in network marketing. 

Kontakt-Guru helps you develop your personal network and to show its potential. First, go for quantity (i.e. as many contacts as possible); quality will then follow.

Step 1: Create your personal contact list with the contact game!

Use the contact game to recognize the great potential of your existing contacts within 2 to 3 hours and bind them to you. Depending on the level of concentration you put into the contact game (and, of course, how big your current networks are), you can easily add the first 100 to 300 contacts to your contact list.

Write down ALL the contacts that you can think of with the help of the contact game, regardless of how suitable they might seem for your network at this time. (And if you can't remember their full name, put a question mark to indicate the missing info. If you remember it later, you can always add it to your contact list.)

When you are through with the contact game, go through the contacts in your smartphone to be on the safe side. If you have forgotten someone, you simply enter the contact under My Contacts.

Step 2: Qualify your contacts.

While CONTINUOUSLY expanding your contact list by entering EVERY previously forgotten as well as EVERY new contact made, the next step is to qualify the contacts on your list

Why is this important? Your goal over the next few years in network marketing will be to establish and deepen as many contacts with other people as possible, establish and consolidate relationships, and meet more and more people in order to talk to them about your product. In order for these conversations to be successful and for a real relationship to be established, it is important that you know as much as possible about your contacts: This is what we mean by qualifying your contacts. You have to have as much information as possible about them stored in Kontakt-Guru.

Steps:

  • Complete data: Go to My Contacts in Kontakt-Guru and start to complete the data for each contact with telephone number, email address, address, date of birth etc. The more data you enter, the better Kontakt-Guru can help analyze the long-term potential of your contacts.
  • Record the personality traits of your contacts under the Qualification Feature: Is someone more suitable as a manager or as a customer? Are they interested in your network's product: money, health, etc.? You can purchase this Qualification Feature with the premium version of Kontakt-Guru or by successfully completing the Kontakt-Guru challenge.
  • Assign TAGs: Start assigning TAGs to your contacts. In the basic version of Kontakt-Guru, you can have up to 10 TAGs; the premium version allows unlimited tags. You can also create individual TAGs. Such TAGs can be: “customer,” “potential partner,” “yet to call,” “contacted/no interest,” “contacted/interested,” etc. You can then filter your contact list to show the results for each TAG.

Step 3: Work with the Kontakt-Guru DAILY!

Kontakt-Guru should be a part of your daily routine from now on. Because never forget: the better you maintain your contacts and the more you work with them, the better the foundation you'll be creating for your success in network marketing!

You should do this every day:

  • Enter new contacts: Enter new contacts you make or come up with every day and complete their data as much as you can. This will help you expand your contact potential every day!
  • Create tasks and update them daily: In order to maintain and monetize your contact potential, it is also important that you create a task for EVERY contact. Specify whom you want to call this week, this month or by the end of the year, for example. You can have an overview of this task list at any time so that you never miss a call! And when you have completed a task, you update it (for example from “Call on Day X” to “Review conversation on Day Y”).
  • Enter notes: If you have called a contact, you can enter the results in an abbreviated form under Notes. Here you can record all the information about the life situation, wishes, interests etc. of the contact... and thus gain an ever better overview of the person and a better basis for maximizing their potential.

Because again: Always keep in mind that success in network marketing is a process, not a single event! 80% of the success in the network does NOT happen upon first contact! 

Experience shows that the best contacts (or the best results from these contacts) only come about after a certain time. You need to keep on asking, talked about your product, and thus build up interest and trust! Not least because people and times change... and will react differently to the same inquiries at different times. 

And as you build trust, you're also creating the best basis for a contact to recommend you or to give you recommendations and thus open the door to new contacts with potential!

In short:

WORK with Kontakt-Guru... DAILY! You could be wasting incredible potential if you only use Kontakt-Guru as a fancy spreadsheet for your contacts.

  • So assign yourself daily tasks in Kontakt-Guru, deciding which contacts you need to call and when. And keep updating these tasks, from “yet to call” to “called: specific interest - make an appointment”
  • Always add the information from your calls (and any new information about your contacts) to the contact's notes
  • Update every new contact... always and immediately!

That's work, of course. BUT IF you work consistently and daily with Kontakt-Guru and fully exploit its potential, it will do what it was created for: be your best friend and long-term companion for building a huge network and gigantic income in your network marketing!
